Does This Feel Familiar?

You Look "Put Together" on the Outside...but inside, you are exhausted from the constant effort of masking (the draining performance of acting 'neurotypical' to avoid rejection). This isn't a failure of will; it is the painful cycle of self-abandonment, a pattern of prioritizing everyone else's needs to avoid rejection (RSD) and hide your neurodivergence.

I'm here to help you change that. My work as a Somatic Coach and Yin Yoga Teacher is rooted in my expertise as a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Nurse Coach with over 5 years of psychiatric experience. This foundation allows me to provide a clinically-grounded space for you to come home to your body and finally bloom exactly as you are.

What is Oubaitori? Oubaitori (pronounced oh-buy-toe-ree) (桜梅桃李) is an ancient Japanese idiom that describes the distinct blooming of four trees: the Cherry, the Plum, the Peach, and the Apricot. The lesson is simple but profound: Each flower blooms in its own time, and in its own way.

For the woman with ADHD, this is the ultimate medicine. You have spent years comparing your timeline to others, abandoning your own unique nature to fit a standard that was never made for you. Here, we stop forcing the bloom and start tending to the roots.

The Antidote to Self-Abandonment is Embodiment

The feeling of being "lazy," "broken," or "too much" is the result of trying to force your brain into a box. Traditional productivity hacks often fail because they ignore the root cause: a dysregulated nervous system and a lifetime of self-abandonment.

My approach is different. We work from the "bottom-up."

Somatic Coaching to regulate the nervous system and build resilience to RSD.

Archetypal Mapping to reclaim the parts of you that you've abandoned.

Clinically-Grounded Safety to ensure you are held with trauma-informed care.

The Nurse Behind the Sanctuary

I am a Somatic Coach and Yin Yoga Teacher, rooted in my clinical expertise as a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Nurse Coach with over 5 years of psychiatric experience.

But first, I am a woman who knows this path because I’ve walked it.

I built my life on a foundation of masking and people-pleasing, which led to deep burnout. My own journey of unmasking and coming home to my body (and my own neurodivergence) is what led me to create Oubaitori Wellness.

I bridge the gap between clinical understanding and deep, embodied healing. I'm not here to "fix" you; I'm here to provide a safe, expert container for you to stop abandoning yourself and finally bloom as you are.

Targeted Release for the Armored Body.

Think of this as somatic therapy for the overstimulated ADHD brain. In a safe 1:1 container, we use long-held, supported postures to target the specific areas where your body stores trauma, grief, and tension. It is a low-demand space to relearn how to rest without the anxiety of "doing it right" or the pressure to mask.

Ideal for: Releasing deep physical tension (the "body armor") that talk therapy can't reach.
